Delivery and Returns
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Processing orders can take up to 48hrs prior to dispatching at high peak times. Majority of our items are sent via courier, which aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Items sent by recorded delivery via Royal Mail typically take 2-4 working days from dispatch (N.B. this is when the parcel leaves our premises and not the day the order is placed), however during busiest times, this can sometimes take a little longer. International orders, please allow an additional 2 working days.
Working days are classed as Monday – Friday, excluding any public and/or bank holidays.

What happens if I’m out when the parcel is delivered?
If you’re not in, or don’t answer the door when the courier arrives, and you have not instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will pop a card through your letter box and let you know that they’ve attempted delivery. You can either re-arrange delivery with the courier or collect the item directly from your nearest depot.
You can always give us a call to re-arrange delivery if need be.
Please note, our couriers can only make three attempts at delivering a parcel before returning the parcel to us.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event something in your order is damaged, please contact us by email or by phone soon as you signed for your parcel to inform of any damage.
Please Note: We will require either photographic evidence or a collection/return of the damaged goods before a refund/exchange can be given and the packaging must be retained until further notice.
RETURNS
If you have purchased an item that does not suit your needs. Please send item back to us. We would recommend to send back with tracking. Soon as item is received back in the condition you have received it in, we will then issue a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of order date. Please note no postage charges are covered.
PRODUCTS
As with any competing sport, please check rules & regulations in regards to ingredients, please make sure they are suitable under competition rules. Premier Pet Food cannot be held liable for misuse of products
